We at Wardrobe cares for your purchases! Therefore, your purchases are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Special care is taken to protect your items and all clothing will be packed individually in clear bags. Boxes and envelopes are amply sized so that your items are well-protected.
- We will NOT BE held responsible for packages lost in the mail.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges in a confirmation email after the order.
- Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received.
All items are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Return and Exchange Policy
All items will be checked in detail for defects before shipping out.
Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 5 working days from the date of shipment.
As the Founder of our company, we stand behind our products.
Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.
Below are reasons that are not considered manufacturer defects:
- Minor stains (light coloured clothes especially). Stains no larger than a ten cent coin diameter.
- Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkled slight mis-alignment of the seams.
- Claims that the cutting is not good or up to expectations.
- Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
- Size issues. There may be a slight difference of 2~3cm.
- Items worn and stained or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered in any form, sent for dry cleaning or damaged due to negligence are also not applicable for exchange.
Items that does not fit are not returnable. Please email us on the sizes, color etc before purchasing the items if you have any enquries.
We do not offer refunds for returned products. We will offer an exchange instead for an item lower in price than the returned item or equivalent in value.
Our decision is discreet and final.
Please note:
* Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
* Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items.
* Shipping Charges for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.
* Shipping Option or Return Items: When sending a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a registered service such Singpost registered mail service that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.
* Shipping Duration for Return Items: Return items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not exchangable.
SHIPPING POLICY
We at Wardrobe cares for your purchases! We carry abundance of the stocks on our website and also subjected to availability. If the item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you accordingly by email. We will also do a refund to your if payment had been made previously. Therefore, your purchases are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.
We offer attractive shipping rate while using fast and reliable registered as well as normal postage mail. We ship all items by Singapore Post.
The shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the the weight of the items ordered. The shipping charges can also be viewed by adding the product into your shopping cart and it will be displayed instantly.

PAYMENT POLICY
Methods of payment include bank wire via Internet banking transfers and ATM transfers or Credit Card payment via Paypal. Paypal is a secured way to pay and it accepts major credit cards. It is also free to register an account. Please visit Paypal to find out more.
We also accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
