Purchase Guidelines

How to make a purchase in Wardrobe.SG:

Step 1: Register as a Wardrobe member for free from the following link if you do not have an account yet: Membership Registration

Step 2: Login as a member after registration

Step 3: Select your favorite products from our catalogue and add them to your shopping cart.

Step 4: When you are done with the online shopping, click [Cart]

Step 5: You will be presented with a summary of your order. Do enter any voucher codes that you may have in this page. Click next once you are done.

Step 6: Confirm your billing and delivery address. Do add any comments about your order if there are any thing that you want us to take note of. Click next once you are done.

Step 7: Select a delivery method and click next.

Step 8: Select the payment method. If you would like to pay via ATM transfers or Internet Banking, please choose "ATM or Internet Banking funds tranfer". A summary of the transaction amount will be displayed next. Our bank transfer details will be displayed once you have chosen "I confirm my order". Please tranfer to the stated bank account number and email sales@wardrobe.sg with your order ID and bank transfer transaction ID once payment has been made. Your order will be mailed out as soon as we confirm receipt of your payment.

If you have a Paypal account and would like to pay using Paypal, please choose "Paypal". You will be redirected to Paypal's site for payment automatically by our system. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected back to our site and we will be notified by our system of your order automatically. Sit back and enjoy as your order will be on the way soon!

If you select Cash-on-delivery (COD), we will contact you after your order has been made to firm up on the collection location. Do note that for COD orders, we will only meet up at Dhoby Ghaut MRT or Sengkang MRT and also subjected to available timings.

Do also note that once your order has been placed, to protect our consumer interests, you will need to make payment to us within 48 hours to prevent cancellation of your order.
