Shipping and Payment Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We at Wardrobe cares for your purchases! We carry abundance of the stocks on our website and also subjected to availability. If the item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you accordingly by email. Therefore, your purchases are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

We offer free Singpost normal shipping as well as paid Singpost registered mail service. Currently, all items are shipped only by Singpost.

The shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the the weight of the items ordered. The shipping charges can also be viewed by adding the product into your shopping cart and it will be displayed instantly.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Special care is taken to protect your items and all clothing will be packed individually in clear bags. Boxes and envelopes are amply sized so that your items are well-protected.

We only provide shipping within Singapore for now if you make a purchase using our checkout system. However, we do ship internationally if there is a request. For such requests, kindly email your enquiries to sales@wardrobe.sg.

- We will NOT BE held responsible for packages lost in the mail.

- We will confirm shipping/handling charges in a confirmation email to you after the order.

- Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received.

PAYMENT POLICY

Methods of payment include bank wire via Internet banking transfers and ATM transfers or Credit Card payment via Paypal.

Currently we accept ATM or Internet banking funds transfers to the following banks:

POSB, DBS, UOB, OCBC as well as Standard Chartered.

We also accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is a secured way to pay and it accepts major credit cards. It is also free to register an account. Please visit Paypal to find out more.

Payment details are provided at the checkout page after you confirm your orders.

To protect our consumer interests, we will appreciate if payment is made in the next 2 days upon placement of your order. As a gesture of our goodwill, payment made in the next 2 days will entitle you to a 5% discount voucher to be used on your next purchase with us.
