Yes this is absolutely safe. We only collect information necessary for you to make a purchase. Wardrobe.SG will not, in anyway, sell, rent or trade this information with others.

We posts updates as soon as our supplies sends us their latest catalog. An average of once every 2 - 3 days.

2.1 How do I make an order from Wardrobe.SG?

2.2 How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have successfully placed an order online, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you from sales@wardrobe.sg to advise you that we have received your order and payment. Your order will be dispatched within the next 48 hours to your shipping address.

2.3 Can I make any changes once my order has been confirmed?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours upon confirmation. If you would like to make any changes to your existing order, please email us at sales@wardrobe.sg within 48 hours from the time you receive the confirmation mail. If your order has already been sent out by the time we receive your notice of change, you may wish to consider an exchange instead. Please see our Returns and Exchanges section for more details.

2.4 Where can I find sizing information?

Sizing information can be found by clicking the "More details" button in each product page. If you would like to find out more, do feel free to email sales@wardrobe.sg.

2.5 How can I make payment?

We currently accept payment via ATM funds transfers, Interbank funds transfer or credit card payment via Paypal. Wardrobe.SG does not keep any credit card information to protect our shoppers. You can find more information here. If you wish to make payment via alternate means, kindly send an email with your preferred payment option to sales@wardrobe.sg. Once the payment transaction is complete, you will receive an electronic invoice from via email from sales@wardrobe.sg.

2.6 How can I make a wholesale order from Wardrobe.SG?

We accept wholesale orders with a low minimum order quantity. Do drop us an email with your request to sales@wardrobe.sg and we will get back to you on the wholesale pricing.

3.1 What are my shipping options and charges?

Wardrobe.SG currently use Singpost normal postage as well as registered mail for delivery to you. You will be given an option to choose the preferred delivery method during checkout.

3.2 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do offer international shipping via Singpost.

3.3 How can I enjoy free shipping?

Just spend SGD$100 on a single transaction to receive free registered mail shipping.

3.4 What is the difference between normal postage and registered mail?

Registered mails provides a tracking number for your package so that there will be accountability in the event the package is lost in transit. This is also the recommended delivery method which will deliver your items right into your arms.
